Police clearance certificate from local police station
Medical fitness certificate from authorized center
FOMEMA medical examination (conducted in Pakistan at designated centers)
Signed employment contract from Malaysian employer
Completed visa application form
Submit CV and documents online or via WhatsApp. Initial screening interview via video call.
Interview with Malaysian clinic management. Offer letter issued upon selection.
Payment of PKR 850,000 processing fee. Document verification and preparation.
Submission to Malaysian Immigration (Jabatan Imigresen). Quota approval from Ministry of Human Resources.
Medical examination at FOMEMA-designated center in Pakistan. Results sent directly to Malaysia.
Flight to Malaysia (ticket included). Employer picks up from airport. Work visa activated upon arrival.
FOMEMA (Foreign Workers Medical Examination Monitoring Agency) is a mandatory medical screening program for all foreign workers entering Malaysia. The exam is conducted at FOMEMA-designated medical centers in Pakistan.
Cost is included in your PKR 850,000 processing fee — you pay nothing extra.
