Job Description

URGENTLY REQUIRED — 10 Male Petrol Pump Staff (Receptionist / Billing Counter roles) for an established Petrol Station / Service Network in Malaysia šŸ‡²šŸ‡¾. MOVO-X is hiring experienced Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Indian, Nepali and Sri Lankan male candidates with minimum 1 year of professional receptionist or customer-facing experience for immediate deployment to Malaysia with a solid, done-deal offer backed by a 10-year work visa permit.

Position

Petrol Pump Receptionist / Billing Counter Staff (Customer-facing service role — billing, payment processing, fuel attendant coordination, counter management, customer assistance)

Compensation Package

  • Monthly Salary: MYR 1,700 basic + overtime
  • Accommodation: PROVIDED by employer (shared quarters, fully furnished)
  • Transportation: PROVIDED by owner (daily commute to and from petrol station)
  • Work Visa: 10-year work visa permit (long-term secure employment)
  • Uniform: Provided by employer
  • Overtime Pay: Additional compensation for extended hours
  • Stable long-term employment under licensed Malaysian petrol station network

Processing Fee

PKR 850,000 (~USD 2,850) — equivalent rates for Bangladesh (BDT) and other regions This is an all-inclusive fee covering:

  • Visa processing and quota application with Malaysian immigration
  • FOMEMA medical examination (Malaysia mandatory medical clearance)
  • Air ticket (Pakistan / Bangladesh / India → Malaysia, one-way)
  • Government and immigration fees
  • Documentation, attestation, and coordination
  • Airport pickup upon arrival in Malaysia
  • Employer onboarding support No hidden charges — everything covered. Candidates must be ready to pay the processing fee; the job is a solid, confirmed placement under MOVO-X — a licensed Pakistani OEP with a direct Malaysian employer relationship.

Requirements

  • Male candidates only
  • Age: 21–37 years
  • Minimum 1 year of professional work experience as Receptionist, Billing Counter staff, Customer Service Representative, Cashier, Retail Counter, or equivalent front-desk role
  • Good English communication skills (spoken + written) — MANDATORY for customer service
  • Presentable, neat appearance and professional demeanor
  • Basic computer literacy (billing software, POS systems)
  • Basic arithmetic and cash-handling ability
  • Active passport (minimum 18 months validity) and national ID (CNIC / NID / Aadhaar / equivalent)
  • Clean medical history (FOMEMA fitness required — covered in processing fee)
  • Strong work ethic, customer-first attitude, honest, disciplined
